Thirty years ago, Howard started his career in sales and marketing rising rapidly from sales to leading a group of regional sales offices. He then applied his multi-unit retail/service operations experience on a larger scale with several different national brands. In addition to his management career, Howard has been an active real estate broker and investor, and now the broker in charge at Lewis and Kirk Realty. Howard brings substantial tactical and operational experience to the team.

When not out lining up new deals and supporting agent activity, Howard is a USCG licensed captain and enjoys boating, hiking and spending time with his wife and their two kids, on the water and in the woods.
Howard earned an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and an MBA in Finance and Organizational Strategy from the University of Rochester.
