This information is pulled directly from our local MLS through the end of October 2023 and helps us to establish trends and keep a close eye on what is happening out there in this crazy market. 

I wish I had some exciting new information for you, but it continues to be the same message. While transactions were slightly up in October, we are still WAY behind any kind of a balanced market. Prices stay strong because inventory is so low. The overpriced houses where condition/updates don’t meet expectations sit on the market and push up days-on-market and months supply. Houses where prices do meet expectations are still selling quickly and in multiple offers. If you’re a seller on the fence, you’re still able to sell for top dollar (especially with the Lewis & Kirk touch), AND buyer’s looking for a more agreeable market, well, that’s here too! If you hated the overly competitive market of 2021-2022, NOW is the time!
