At the Lewis & Kirk team, we love Millennial buyers and sellers! MillennialS are individuals who were born between 1981 and 1996, putting them between the ages of 25 and 40 in 2021. This generation is known for their unique attitudes, preferences, and behaviors when it comes to purchasing a home. Here are some common characteristics of millennial home buyers that makes us just love them:

  1. Tech-Savvy: Millennials are digital natives who have grown up using technology. As a result, they tend to rely heavily on technology when searching for and buying a home. They are likely to use online real estate marketplaces, social media, and other digital tools to research homes, view listings, and communicate.  Since we, at Lewis & Kirk Realty, consider ourselves to be pretty tech savvy too, we think this makes Millennial buyers and sellers rock!

  2. Value great customer service: At Lewis & Kirk Realty, we are ALL ABOUT creating raving fans out of every client. We always have the long-term relationship in mind with everything we do. We aren't just working toward closing day, but to create a fan for life in you.  Millennial buyers and sellers appreciate that and reward businesses in kind with their loyalty.  We think that is pretty awesome!
