She attended both CPCC and The University of North Carolina at Charlotte only to find out her true passion was building relationships with people which led her to Real Estate. Kaitlyn has a background in teaching dance and working in retail, which she spent several years doing. Before real estate, Amanda successfully owned and operated a Merle Norman cosmetic studio and salon, followed by 10 years in the property management industry. This experience gave her a strong foundation in client care, contract negotiation, and property expertise.
